Arrival Day (First Night): June 2nd

  • Welcome Dinner Black Travel Fest

Check into your fab accommodations and prepare for a magical Balinese dining experience.

Shake off the jetlag by relaxing by poolside or taking a short or long nap, but be sure to wake up in time for dinner. Later in the evening meet and greet with other festival participants at a posh private island dinner event that you’ll never forget. Let’s just say we’ll be setting the tone for the week at this event.

Feel free to settle into your accommodation any time after 2pm local time on June 2nd, and arrival by 3pm is highly recommended to avoid missing any evening festivities.

Day 1: June 3rd

  • Chase Waterfalls at Black Travel Fest Bali

PREPARE FOR THE ULTIMATE WATERFALL TAKE OVER AS FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS COME TOGETHER AT A PRIVATE WATERFALL EVENT IN THE BEAUTIFUL TABANAN REGION OF BALI

Start your morning with a Balinese or Western style breakfast prepared by chefs on site then depart your accommodation for a waterfall extravaganza. Once on site you’ll have the opportunity to go on a beautiful trek through Bali’s jungle led by a local host, enjoy a jungle swing, grab some ‘Insta’ worthy waterfall shots, and taste a variety of fresh fruits and juices. Later in the evening you’ll have the opportunity to set out for a private dining experience with the folks from your bus.

Day 2: June 4th

  • Day At the Rice Terraces

ALLOW BALI TO CONTINUE SEDUCING YOU AS YOU TAKE TIME TO visit the local rice terraces, followed by beautiful mountain and lake views WITH AN EPIC TAKEOVER OF THE FAMOUS HOT SPRING RESORT

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, head to Bali’s iconic rice terrace for an opportunity to marvel at these meticulously planted awe-inspiring natural crops. Following that we’ll heat things up with a Black Travel Fest takeover of the world-famous hot spring. In the evening we’ll top it all off with a unique Balinese dining experience.

Day 3: June 5th

Start the day at your own pace THEN PREPARE TO DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY AT A LAVISH PRIVATE POOL PARTY IN THE EVENING

Take the day to shop, visit the Elephant Sanctuary, or sleep in. You’ll have free time to do as you please, but be sure to be ready to turn all the way up at a private villa pool party that will leave all your friends back home wishing they’d joined you. We have a few surprises planned, but we promise not to give anything away ahead of time.

Day 4: June 6th

  • White beach Bali

Last year we took over a beach club… this year we’re taking over an entire beach.

On this morning you’ll have free time to do as you please. Take the morning and some of the afternoon to shop, visit the Elephant Sanctuary, go to the spa, or sleep in. Later in the afternoon we’ll head out to an all day beach party. We don’t want to say too much, but there will be seafood, a dope DJ, beach games, and much more!

Day 5: June 7th

  • Boat tings

Prepare yourself for a farewell event of epic proportions. You may have attended a boat party before, but have you done it in Bali with 100+ of your new black travel fam?

Get an early morning start with a breakfast of your choice prepared by on-site chefs, then head out to see some of Bali’s most prized attractions. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy guided tours of the Sacred Monkey Forest and a couple of temples. Later that evening you’ll turn up at a private boat party that’s sure to have you departing on a high note. If you’re not ready to stop the party once we depart, there’s an afterparty too.
